Lufthansa — Involuntary downgrade compensation

I was returning back from Switzerland in your airlines on 23 Sept 23 on a business class ticket. I was involuntarily downgraded from Business class to Economy. The flight staff at the counter handed over a compensation voucher mentioning that I will be getting this in a weeks' time, I haven't got the compensation for almost 6 months now.

I wrote an email to your customer care, called a few times, unfortunately there is not solution. They are just brushing away with vague answers and recently I received an email that is half baked and they saying there is no compensation despite the voucher Lufthansa provided.
