Dear sir/mam,

I am a customer of luminous inverter i was already complaint 6 time in last 2 month but yet issue is not resolved and i am fed up with the product everytime engineer come and say now this is ok now it's give any problem but problem comes in 1 or 2 day please do the needful i have a baby of 18 month and this place have very much of light issue and i am woke from at 1 am

i am a customer of luminous inverter i was already complaint 6 time in last 2 month my inverter is in warranty but yet issue is not resolved and i am fed up with the product everytime engineer come and say now this is ok now it's give not any problem but problem comes in 1 or 2 day please do the needful otherwise luminous i haven't left any option of go to the consumer court please respect your brand name Sachin Tendulkar is your brand ambassador.
