Luminous Power Technologies — inverter not working

I have complained regarding my inverter which went into strike since the past 2 weeks, there is no response from the company or no engineer has visited or called to enquire about the complaint...!! This is totally irresponsible behaviour from luminous the worst company i have ever faced..!!
My inverted model is luminous eco volt
