I had booked one ticket for my sister mrs. M r dixit f 57 years from vadodara to pune by kolhapur express for 17th march 2019 instead of 17th january 2019on 6th january 2019. I received the ticket booking message at 02:31 pm. I am trying to cancel the ticket but unable to cancel it.
The details of the ticket are:-
Pnr no [protected]. Booking id is ixitr[protected].
Total amount collected is rs. Ticket fare 1210.49 + payment gateway charge rs. 23.60. Total rs. 1234.09
Present status of the ticket is a1 berth no. 8 upper confirmed.
Kindly help me cancelling the ticket and refund may be credited directly to my account.
