Sir, i had booked one ticket for my sister mrs m r dixit 57 f from vadodara to pune for 17/03/2019 instead of 17/01/2019 by ahmedabad kolhapur express on 06/01/2019 @ 02:31 pm. Status is confirmed a1/8ub. When i went to cancel the ticket it says not booked through ixigo or your id.
Please help me to cancel the ticket and refund may be credited to my account from where it was booked.
