I want to priya my sad story. I order the machine worth $570 on jun 30th 2014 and the saga started. I called them post three weeks and they told me that few items are not yet ready and they will dispatch in next 3 weeks. Post that I called at least 5 times and got the same answer so I decided to cancel the order. They accepted the proposal and promised to return the money in 21 days. This was around March time frame. I again stated following up on email and the customer service number and got the excuse every time. from April on wards they stopped replying to email ad well customer service is not picking up the phone. I am so frustrated that I can't do anything to get my money back. Even the credit card company is help less since it is such a old transaction. Did anyone ever got the money back?
