My uppcl bill dated 13.02.2019 account number [protected] amount rs. 812 is paid on 23.02.2019 debited my a/c xx1102 bank of india in pos-tps-uppcl but due to system error receipt not generated my account debited please confirm above uppcl account credited if not credited return back the amount to account which debited an early action is highly appreciated thanks
