Madhav — I got a mail from USA lottery for 90,lakhs they said u have to pay 6000rs for processing fee it this true r fake

I have received a mail from RBI from foriegn remittance department by money transfer manager so they said u got an 90lakh rupees lottery i[censored] paid 5999rs to RBI processing fee we can transfer amount to you they said is this real r fake
