I have received a mail from RBI from foriegn remittance department by money transfer manager so they said u got an 90lakh rupees lottery i[censored] paid 5999rs to RBI processing fee we can transfer amount to you they said is this real r fake...

Sir my survey no is in ceiling in urban and my flat is not under ulc surveyor map marking o[censored]lc sir i have requested in ulc office nampally i had told u come next week after next week i have gone repeated same at finally i asked to another sir in ulc office ucan apply through meeseva but meeseva website is not workng then how can i apply ulc . please solve problem against my question soon... this is my humble request....
