[Resolved]  Madras University Distance Education — Degree Certificate Not Provided

I joined MBA in Madras University Distance Education in 2020 and completed in 2022 but not yet received Convocation Certificate. I asked several times, they said it's not ready. Now it's 2024, more than a year passed but yet it's not ready they are saying. For that response i have to contact them several times. I request you to kindly help me in this regard.
