Myself is a member of this company since almost 5 yrs... I tried to book holidays for so many times but couldnt get reply from customer care and other landline numbers in my city as well as from their main office in mumbai...
I tried to mail them as well but couldnt get reply from their as well... Very bad customer service from the company... I want to cancel my membership if i am not getting the service which is promised...
But dnt knw how to contact themm... Lastly i just get to knw that the company is now bankcrupt and no service will be available... Now i am thinking of going into consumer forum... Pathetic service..

All United 21 properties are on sale. Magic Holiday just cheating the clients and hideing the truth by sending the mail due to technical problem they are unable to book holiday. In actual magic Holiday has now dont have ઓન property and not sure about tie property.

Please provide your contact number, will need to fight with them.
