I paid Rs. Rs 3800 for a Titanum package of advertising my villa in June 2021. Below is the receipt. They did not provide any lead whatsoever. They did not engage a relationship manager. Even accessing their site is not permitted. They will have to refund the amount immediately.

I have applied for rental service from Magic service, Bangalore on 10 july 2021. After call from your sales person Shakir. The money got deducted from my account but I have received an email stating order not processed.
I request a refund of my money. The order ID is 25144633....

Your sales person from Mumbai Ram krishna does a fake commitment and fools people for business and target point of you. This is ultimately wrong and needs to address by the company....

I actually paid for the gold package but in the app it showed internal server error but in my phone pe account the money got deducted ...Now in the app its showing buy again...

Your officer Dinesh Pawar latched onto me after I posted a free ad and cajoled me into your Golden package promising me personal support. It's over a week and have no response. I think their is a glitch in the ad. Dines Pawar refuses to take calls and does not reply to messages. I feel cheated because my money wasted and this is improper behaviour of your representative.

I have made a online payment of Rs.1999/- towards order ID 24607609 and received SMS from the Bank regarding the payment.
Where as I am in receipt of SMS from Magicbricks that it could not process the order and to place order again.
When the payment is success why should I place Order again.

I request you to look into the matter and rectify the same....

As discussed, over the phone support team, right now I don't have an Electricity Bill/Water Bill, it's in the builder's name and even though Sale Deed document I have it is in Kannada language only.
I have already submitted owner proof documents that are Allotment Letter and Occupation letter received from government organization (i.e., Bangalore Development Authority).

Amount successful but not credit show in magic brics...

We taken service of Magic Bricks through Nidhi Cell No. +[protected]. Amounting 4000 for three month. They are wrongly advertising my property advt with different address. I stay at Mira road, some time they put my property in Andheri, the client searching property at andheri visit my advt in there side. Magic bricks pass on my number to them and and that clients number to us. We hve called more than 20 numbers till now, every one confirms...

I got scammed by prashant shrii..He showed me some flats worth 12 lakhs so I said ok I'm interested in buying the exact same flat he showed me then he said if you want the numbers you have to join the membership as soon I joined the membership he blocked me and din't give me the numbers I pay 699 because I wanted to buy that flat

Now tell me is this how you fool your customers..relationship manager is calling me that there...

I paid for Gold package about ten days before but so far no package is activated. I am feeling myself cheated. Fraud company...

Two of the executive from magic brick have lured me into loan switch deal for my home loan and introduced me to PHFL executive to pay processing fee and later are not contactable for last 45 days.

I have registered on Magicbricks. After some days i have received called from Magicbricks. They have told me to activate paid services to get the details of owners. And also promised that you will able to get 40 number of owners.
And he had told me to login on Magicbricks websites and i have completed payment. I have got email from Magicbricks that my pack is activated. But in applications it was not activated. After that i have tried...

I have paid 699/-on 9/4/2021as per scheme toserch house. I was asked to send money which has been sent by net banking and the same has debited from my account. But magic brick is denying. I have the proof and my bank has also confirmed that amount has been credited to the company on 9/4/2021.

They have charged 12500 Rs for owner assist plan. From past 20 days they are frequently changing the RM. Apart from that they are doing nothing and all the executive s are very arrogant and least bothered.

Please don't ever subscribe to magic bricks and waste your hard earned money.

In February I posted my property for PG on their site. I immediately received several calls and emails from them and they coaxed me to buy their Gold package for 60days with promise of 75%visibility and they assured me that 1 relationship manager will be assigned to specially look into my property related queries. 8photos with 1 video of property was provided by me thrice but only 1 photo is uploaded on their site. 45 days already passed...
