Magus Customer Dialog — Regarding PF amount transfer to my new company

Hi team, I worked in magus customer dialog and i relieved from that company on 26-july-2019 and also i attached the photo copy of my proper relieving letter. Now I have applied for PF amount and pension amount transfer request in UAN portal. I applied on 29.12.2021 for transferring the magus customer dialog PF amount and pension amount to my new company through UAN portal. Today date 08.01.2022 Almost 10 days completed but still request is pending with magus customer dialog company and clearly showing in UAN portal that request pending with magus customer dialog. I am in need of this amount emergency to my medical reason. But due to this magus customer dialog company the request is in pending. Before also one time i have applied for pf amount withdraw, but they are taking more time to accept this request and after certain period the request automatically getting reject due to magus customer dialog company only. Not at all responding properly. Like this magus customer dialog teams doing means how we people's will withdraw the PF amount.

Still i am not getting any responds or update after posted in consumer complaint website also. See i[censored] can't responds means i don't know for what reasons you are working those who responsible for this issue. For emergency purpose only i am trying for this pf. I updated my issue in consumer complaint website on 08january2021, todays date 12january2021. Almost 4 days completed but i am not getting any solution for this uan pending request.
