Dear Sir, I have sent below letter to MSEDCL Vashi. My compliant is still unheard and no one is addressing my complaint. Everyone in MSEB is sending me to different diffrent offices across Vashi. I have visited all MSEB offices in Vashi, Sector-17, Sector-2, Sector 15...Even today i have checked my meter i has already crossed 650 unoits so far. I live in 1 BHK house, and it is too much units for my residence. Please help. Dear Sir / Madam, I would like to register my complaint against excessive electric bill. I resides in sector 12 Vashi. My average monthly consumption is 250 to 275 units. But for this month i have recd mammoth bill of Rs. 7200, 1178 units consumed. This is impossible and cannot be considered correct. I have visited all MSEB offices of Vashi divisions and unfortunately every office has directed me to some or the other. I have submitted my written complaint in Sector 15 office. Please find enclosed copy attached. I request you to help me and rectify the errors of my electricity bill. I have limited source of income, since i am widow and have two children. Your prompt help will be highly appreciated.
