Dear Sir, Consumer no is[protected] of Isha B Dodani They are staying abraod and flat is closed since long time. They have paid the advance amount so every time minimum bill is coming Rs 80 Even now also it should be in credit balance but in Feb month amount is above Rs 2000 and it shows meter reading units 500.
