It is noticed that frequently interrrupted supply at Kusgaon, BK, Lonavala division, Pune, but frequently call also not entertained by the responsible officers, just keeping on hold.
Is there anybody who is really interested to sort out issues in long term, so company will get revenue and consumers will be service.
Load shading can be understand, but not frequently in everyday, fix some time, so consumers can adjust themselves accordingly. If a call centre, or office repspond, then only reason show that cable fault, How many times cable fault ? Is each feet cable is having joint? What officers and staff are there for? just to warm chair, get, bribe for each and every service, just like they dont get salary, If like this then why consumer should pay Electricity bill?
