[Resolved] Mahadiscom — high and approximately units charged | |||
Dear Sir, My name is Prakash Pandurang Ghadi, staying at Sidhant Park, Vivek Apt, R. No. 1 E Wing Diva - 400612, and my consumer no. is[protected]. Now my complaint is your person who takes the reading is not taking the reading regularly and because of that he is approximately charging me the high Units. I have only 2 Tube lights, 1 cealing Fan, 1 Small TV and my average units are from last 1 Year is approximately is 50 to 55 units a month. Jan13- 47 units, Feb13--58, Mar13--70, Apr13--67, May13--62, June13--33, From July13--150, Aug13--150, Sept13--150, Oct13--150, Nov13--421 APPROXIMATELY CHARGED, Dec13--53, Jan--39. The above reading shows that your person just sending the bills without confirming the reading. Previously was also the same story in the Year 2011-12 and I had solved and made the payment personally and then FAULTY meter was replaced. Now same story is repeated. This time your person is Disconnected my Electric Meter and when I had made Payments again he replaced a new Meter, as my old meter was in good condition and working properly. The responsible persons who are sitting in Mumbra Office is not co-operative and simply neglecting the consumers. I really Fed up with these people. Now requesting you to please look into this matter and return my excess money. I will be very thankful to you if you could personally solve this issue.
