dear sir my acount no is[protected] bu 4643 pc 0 i recived 16260RS BILL in january in my meter one phase was sparking that why meter showed more load i went to sub divison office they said go the joseph sir if he will give me letter of faulty load then your bill will be revised i went several time to him he took four five month to give me letter then i give letter to sub divison office but they regected and shouted me and throw me out of the office and say go wherever i will see who will reduced your will i ask him to give me complaint book but he told me there is no complaint book in this office is this true my contact no is [protected]
