Power cut off of meter number 65-09853417

There is a power cut off since 25 June 2021

Power off issue during rain.

Address:pincode 425002 ,Shirsoli gaon ,talulka and district Jalgaon , Maharashtra

In our area the power supply is off 5-6 hours daily (2 hours day, 4-5 hr night time ) though the raining is 1/2 hour or 15 minutes in a day, most problem is night time . We tried to contact to local authorities but they aren't responding us .It is difficult to sleep at night without fan .plz solve problem in our area....

Constant Rude behaviour of workers.

10% of the phone calls they recieve. Whenever they receive the call, scold at the consumer and tell not to call again, or they ask them that don't you have patience, or they ask are you the only one who have issue, come to office for complaint registration. They are real rude and just scold like we are their slaves and the phone number is not for the sake of calling. Please get rid of these people....

No power in area

I need to inform you that there is no power in my place since 4 hrs and there is no action taken, I called substation center as per him they only have one staff so they can't do anything, this issue need fixed ASAP also this is happen in vadzire loaction....

Change of meter Name application status still not resolved

Address:KESHAV NAGAR,pune

I submitted a request for change of meter name. on 7th june 2021. but the status still shows in " Application received " status.

I have uploaded Index 2 of the sale deed for change of ownership and Form 'X" and paid 130 rs online.

Consumer No [protected] for reference...

Electricity Unit for May 21 Month Consumer No - 160250847383

Address:Raviraj Colorado, Kondhawa Khurd, Pune

Hello Sir / Mam,
My monthly Unit Consumption till Apr 21 is around 80 to 110. however this month reading is 419 Unit.
This is 4 times higher than monthly consumption.

Meter is not live

Our power supply is on but before 1 Year Bill is not coming. Customer care say your meter is not live. Before 1 Year I changed the meter. Please check....

About Electric poles

Address:Yamuna Nagar, cherpoli, shahapur

Distance between two electric poles, near my house, is more than enough, that's why the electric wires hanging very low around 6-7 feet. If you add one more electric pole between the two, it will solve the problem....

Fixed foulty meter before three your still they are not fixing it and asking more money

This compaint has been pending from 2019

I had gone to MSEB office near Khed, (Pune) near Nagar parishad to enquire about my complaint to replace the faulty meter. The person was there setting there he said that " he is asking Rs. 800" to fix the new meter but I said that you people have fixed faulty meter and I had complained...

Behavior was rude and abuse to consumer

I live in ram nagar, chandrapur and during lock down there were no out let to pay electricity bill and now in june 2021 when lock down is lifting different phases, MSEB employees are coming to remind and cut electricity with out any warning. they just visit and cut the electricity.

During lockdown financial condition of people is not that good and need time to pay bills.

With lockdown just lifted not even for...

I am complaining about high bill due to faulty metre

Electricity are being stolen on poles.

Address:House no 28,kumbhare colony kamptee near Lanjewar kirana Store.

In our kumbhare colony new quarter both of them are using quarter number 28 quarter number 19 by putting line from pole, electricity are being stolen on poles and no action is being taken by the electric department for repeated complaints.Because of that many times the light of my house has been lost and many bullbs have fused!....

Spelling mistake in address

In my Electricity bill the address Should be like
Ashtavinayak Nagar Raver, Raver 425508

But in the bill it is written as
Ashathavidaya Nagr Raver, Raver 425508

Please make the correction in the bill soon

Complaint regarding Frequent Power Cuts.
