I have domestic meter, old meter was in working conditions even though it was replaced by MSEB, New Meter is running fast - not sure who validate MSEB meters before giving approval of such meters, How we can assure Meter is showing right Units - no way to bring control here. During covid time bills were generated with discrepancies' o[censored]nits, no action taken to correct it. Bills are charged with additional Units without any evidences and MSEB is not given any confirmation to reduce the Bill. I was told in MSEB office you submit the complaint and we will look into it for resolution. Physical complaint submitted, even after that no update from MSEB, people from MSEB came and removed connection. No intimation given for connection removal, its kind of bullying to customer. How can MSEB remove connections like this, without worrying about customer. There should be some Central government body to bring control on MSEB, We want to know what MSEB is taking actions on those who has hepty bills pending, are their connections removed. There should be same treatment for all residents. Please generate Bill per proper unit consumption -Refer my Customer NO[protected]. If Delhi Government gives free electricity why not same treatment in Maharashtra. These facilities should be same in all states. Was this information helpful? |
