Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — Complaint against employees who demand money else cut electricity from POLES | |||
Respected si/Man, I am reporting this complaint against employees in Jambhul-Maval jurisdiction. I am availing for the service provided by your company as per customer number[protected] and till 3rd April 2021 all the bills are being paid timely even though there is no usage in premises, when the roof of our house flied away and we had to fix that we paid the MAHANAGAR Employee 1000/- for his 5min job but after paying him when the work was about to start the next day the employee, knowingly closed our electricity demanding more money and for same we have raised the complaint online whose number is 19572521 and being calling call centre number of times if everything is in vain and yet electricity supply has not been started yet. The power supply has not been started by asking/calling the concerned office person multiple times. Request that you take appropriate action to understand my complaint against the employees concerned by this application. Under the act for the benefit and service of the customer, i understand my complaint against the concerned officers and employees and start my power supply. We expect the appropriate action to be taken as soon as possible and our electricity starts soon. We have been sitting without roof for 4 days now. This is MONOPOLY, dependency only on MSEB, I urge to provide FARMER like me the solar panel option or some other providers. Regards, Was this information helpful? | |||
