Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — Disconnection of LT Power Connection | |||||
Dear Sir/ Madam, (1) We had paid the full outstanding bill of Rs.730.00 as on 1st April 2015. However our power connection was already disconnected on 16th March 2015 for non-payment of Rs.540 dues. (2) We took up the matter with Kopar Khairne office of MSEDCL but were told that since we approached after 6 months, we have been permanently disconnected, even though we had paid full amount of Rs.730/- within the due date of[protected]. (3) They say that we have to get a new connection paying fresh security deposit etc. Already our Security deposit of Rs.15000 is lying with MSEB. Still they have permanently disconnected, even after paying full dues within due date. Hence, we request to restore our original power connection without hazzles of new connection and new expenses of more than Rs.25000. Our MSEDCL consumer number is[protected]. We are located in Millennium Business Park of MIDC, which is supposed to help IT companies run business smoothly. Also we were not given proper hearing. The officer met me, ( I gave my visiting card as the Director of Astute Systems Pvt Ltd, ) for a few minutes and told him to wait outside. Then without bothering to give any assistance he left office, ignoring our presence, even after signalling to him. We request for a re-connection, as we have paid within due date of the bill.
