Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — Disconnection of meter even after paying the bill | |||
Hi, It is really in bad phase... Light bill for Plot no 39&40, Sector 5, Flat 8-A03 Customer no[protected]. We had paid the bill still msed worker had come and disconnected the connection. We went to the office and had asked the source of information they said they get the list from Panvel. Whereas he then cross checked our receipts onilne and said it is showing paid.. and then after 30 mins the meter got connected. But the real pain is why the system is not checked before such action., nor the person called up for confirmation before taking the action. Poor customer service...
