Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — electricity bill paid via qr code, but it is still showing not paid.

Hi, i paid electricity bill, which comes under mahavitaran on 7th july 2020, on [protected]@okicici upi. My transaction was completed and money was debited from my account. After that i checked my bill status, it is still showing payment due. Please help me with the same.
