Mseb team should always inform their customer that there will be outage in our area as they in on 3rd of February that outage will be on 4th of February from 8am to 3pm, as we took leave from office as work from home is going on.
Today is 11th of February electricity outage is from morning 8am but there are still no intimation why there is outage and no text message, nothing.
Having worst experience due to this LCO issue with mseb they do not care how people will survive with their work those who are working from home and everything depends on it and they also torture us for paying bills before due date, they say “sir humare boss bolte hai bill ane ke 3days mai bill bharna hai ya fir aapka connection cut kar denge” and i get message from mseb that pay bill within next 15day or your connection will be disconnected, these LCO mseb team is threatening us and changing their policies. Now after outage no one is intimating of outage due to LCO issue no one is complaining about these people harassing and threatening to customers. Was this information helpful? |
