One phase in our meter is not working since April 2023.
Complaint no.[protected] was lodged on March 20, 2023. It was closed without resolution. We marked the complaint as unresolved, but no action has been taken till date.
We lodged another complaint no.[protected] n May 02, 2023. It was also closed without resolution. We marked this complaint also as unresolved, yet no action has been taken.
We lodged another complaint no.[protected] on June 03, 2023. It was also closed without resolution. We have marked this complaint also as unresolved, yet no action has been taken.
We had submitted a written complaint to Assistant Engineer. He forwarded the request to Ms. Atkarne for VR to verify whether meter was burnt or faulty. The MSEDCL executive Rishikesh Bansode visited and said that the meter is faulty and needs to be changed. He said that new meter is not available in MSEDCL office. He suggested that we buy our own meter from the market
The Assistant Engineer advised that we should use only 2 phases and connect all equipment to the live 2 phases.
We have been paying our bills regularly, for 3 phase connection. It is 3 months and only 2 phases are working.
