The bill which is generated by your system is absolutely not appropriate for bill month of june 2020. It is due to flaw in your system. I have analyse entire bills and it seems during lock down period, your system has generated average bills for every months. For june 2020 bill, current meter reading had been taken and bill is generated with the consideration of old last time meter reading which was taken before lock down and current reading. Hence amount is high (It is 4 month bill) but you have charged already in average bills. It is duplicated to consumer. You should not penalized customer. So requesting you please look into it. I am sure this is happening with other consumers as well. This kind of mental harrassment why you people are doing to us. I haid paid rs.2500 each month on an average now received a bill of rs.14800. Pls resolve the issue it is urgent i hav lost the job also due to covid 19 not in a position to pay rs.14800/-consumer no.[protected]. Plz reduce the bill asap. Was this information helpful? |
