Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — High Electricity Bill for the Month of February 2021

Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself Intekhabalam Shaikh residing in Raunak City Sector 3 Building C4-401 as Rented.
I am facing a high bill issue for the Month of February 2021 due to improper meter photo reading (showing 0000) was updated.

I have also Visited the local MSEB Office where I met Mr.Chandramani Meshram (Mbl no. +91 [protected]). He advised me to send the current reading meter photo and the Electricity Bill copy via Whatsapp which was done immediately after meeting him. But, unfortunately no action was taken & I paid the Bill of 1200RS which I have not Consumed & I had to Pay.

I also registered a complaint through Mahavitaran App (Complaint no.[protected] where it said resolved & it will reflect in the next bill. But, there was no update on the next bill i.e in the Month of March 2021.

I have Attached all the Bills, Meter Photo & the ScreenShot of Complaint no.done through Mahavitaran App. I hope My Issue will be solved soon.
