I am writing this email to highlight the billing issue which has been going on for the past 6-7 months.
We are not living at the place where the meter is installed due to lock down and we have not visited that place since long. If no one is living there at that place then there should be a nominal billing charge applicable which could be around 150-250 rs.
But seeing the electricity bill of the past 6-7 months it is coming more than 1300 rs.
All the bills have been paid. It would be difficult to pay the bill in the near future if you continue to charge a higher amount without any consumption.
Due to lock down we are not able to give the complaint application.
Please do the needful. You guys are using customers' innocence to charge a heavy bill.
I want refund of the excess amount paid after deducting the nominal monthly charge for the past 6-7 months.
