Meter was changed in September 2021.
In September 2021 meter reading was 5 and after that OCT, NOV, DEC, JAN there was an average reading of 68 units and bill amount 500/- I complained repeatedly on the MSEB app but the complaint gets closed without any action.
I stay in Pune and my mother only stays in my hometown. After visiting the MSEB office and requesting them to collect the reading properly, FEB 2022 they collected the reading.
It was 154 units total and if we minus the previous 5 units reading in September 2021, it becomes 149 units.
Now, for OCT, NOV, DEC and JAN meter reading was average 68 units and bills are paid so total 68+ 68 + 68 + 68 + 5 = 277 units bill is already paid and meter reading taken in FEB 2022 was itself 154 units. And the bill generated for FEB 2022 is now 1170/- for 149 units in total and previous average reading is not reduced from the bill.
This is complete fraud from MSEB and this has been happening every month. How can we pay such an incorrect bill?
Kindly please help me generate a proper bill for Feb 2022 month.
