[Resolved] Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — Interrupted power supply since 4th August 2016 | |||
Consumer No.[protected] Sudhir Nair, Near Laxmi Mandir, Navare Park, Ambernath West - 421501 There is no light in my home from last 4 days and continue... We complain daily about the issue inMSEB local department ... But no result...When ever we call on complain number they say everyone is busy in fixing another issue some where in the areas and will come in next 1-2 hour... Same answer is repeating from last 4 days and still no one visited our home to fix the issue... Finally we called a line man from other area and arranged for temporary connection as my children exams are going on. Was truing to register complaint on Mahadiscom site but everytime I try to register it shows registration error. Is there any top authority where I can reach out... Please help us... Aug 23, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved No steps taken by the company. We called the line man & get in done by paying him money. Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
