Dear Team,
I have raised complaint regarding ight bill one month back. Your customer care officer told me that meter is showing faulty in the system hence since November u are receiving average bill of Rs.1500.
I would like to inform you that my house is locked..no one is living there from last three months and without any usage I am receiving bill of rs 1500 every month.
Customer care officer informed me that person will visit at my place to replace the meter but it's now more than a month.
Kindly check and do the needful on urgent basis. Replace my meter and also refund my excess bill amount which is already paid to you.
Resolve this as early as possible otherwise I will raise this issue with consumer court.
