Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — MSEB killed my dog

You can see the attached images, there is voltage box. My pet was playing around and got electric shock last week. Before this incident I have given complaint in MSEB but no one takes action.
I think instead of my dog MSEB human life then only they will take action. Now I don't have any hopes on this ppls. If any one wants to take action come to Shanti Niwas, Plot 510, Turbhe sector 22, Navi Mumbai 400703
