Consumer number[protected] I have been paying bills in time but this Nov16 bill they have charged arrears. Charged Rs.2022 as arrears when all bills paid in time. This is hafta vasuli by MSEDCL. I want them to eloborate the calculation of atrears and can they be more than the bill ? Please revert it soon We instal 5 star fans and LED lights just to save power and cost but they keep on raping consumers by giving inflated bill.
