I have made payment through my debit card but due to some error payment deducted and bill not paid. Even my deducted amount didn't refund in my account. Electricity consumer number is[protected] and billing unit 2160/chandrapur s/dn-ii on dated 25.07.2015. Request to refund the amount in my account.
