There's never a proper intimation of when there is an outage going to be. Even after calling in to the customer service department we never get a proper reply at the get go. We have to try again and again over and over just to find the cause and the estimated resolving time. The charges keep getting higher and higher for power usage but, they rarely update us with some text over a mobile phone or and email to our email address. I mean is this the service we get for paying thousands of rupees every month, it just keeps on prolonging our suffering that we are receiving since long ago.
I would be very much pleased if we get a intimation ahead of the power outage, so that we could prepare our self for it.
I hope you will look into my issue and you will try to resolve it if not anything lesser than it.
