I am getting unexpectedly higher bills and also I have registered a complain to office offline for checking my unit for which I also had to pay an amount of Rs. 260, if there is a problem but even after a month no one made a visit to check my meter plus the office asks me to pay some amount each time or else the man will come to cut my connection.
I don't know where else to go for help.
