Mahadiscom — Online Payments are not updated on Mahadiscom site | |||
Dear Mahadiscom, I have done an MSEDC online payment of Rs.2620 on 29 june-15 via net banking and in spite of the same I have received the same amount in my current bill. Apart from that MSEDC engineers came to my resident and tried cut off my electricity supply. When I tried the toll free number of Mahadiscom I got casual replies like "it will take some time to update the payment done by myself".That's the difference between a private sector organization and a government service provider.
