Mahaeschol — website is not responding to the details filled.

Sir, I have been trying since 3 months to fill in the scholarship form(BMS Course), but the site was not properly open to modify our details. When it started accepting the details we were informed by our college. Again I am trying the same for last four days the same issue is been faced by me.
