can you please let me know whom should we contact when just suddenly the power is cut at around 12.00 am and we do not have any response from your customer care no# .. who is the local authority or Officer for Nallasopara East in Thane district .. this now started almost every day .. a week back we did not have any power supply from 12.00 am to 6.00 am .. just give us the contact detail of concern person who can be alerted in such situations Was this information helpful? | |||

There's no point in talking to these(MSEB) guys! They are shameless and disgusting piece of , to say the least. They are least bothered about the inconvenience that's caused to the people at night..
