[Resolved]  Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — No refund for fail ticket booking

I tried booking for eshivai bus from Sambhajinagar - Pune on 6/7/2024 but the amount (515) was debited but the ticket was not booked.
Customer care told that the refund will be madhe in 7 days but till today ( 15/1/2024) no refund is made.
