[Resolved]  Maharishi Ayurveda Products Pvt. Ltd. — Non-receipt of ordered product

I have ordered single product by the name of "maharishi amrit kalash - dual pack (Paste and tablets)" on dated 16.04.2016 vide order no.1495 by paying an amount of rs.1790/-. But the product is still not delivered to me.
In the first instant they have sent the product through courier but the courier party did not delivered the product and again i have contacted on the mobile no. Given on the website [protected] and they assured me to send it again through india post but of no avail and even they have not responded for the email done to regarding non-delivery of the product.
Please help.
