Hello, I have applied for certificate and personally went to meghalaya and paid Rs 3000 4 months ago and i still havent received it. I have to apply for student visa for canada for Jan intake and if i miss it my whole year will be wasted. I think this university is not legit. i have done my course of three yaer bachelor of science(bscgn) with 72 percent in final year IN 22/05/2014 i have found my three year marksheet but i did not found my final certificate thats call degree also so please send me my certificate
