Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya — not able to contact for my certificates and marksheet

Dear madam/sir, i have completed bsc in animation but unfortunately the institute is closed where i have studied. So kindly please advice me to get my mark-sheet and degree certificate. I have tried all the way to contact the university but i cannot reach and this is my last hope here. So please help me to get my certifficate i have attached my all semester marksheet and id card for your reference.

Note: my visa process are pending because of this, so please help me to get the documents to save my future please!!!
