Mahendra Travels — Money not refunded yet

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I had booked my travel bus for "Bhandara to Pune" for 29 March 2021 on the day of Dhulivandan. Then I got updates that Travel Bus was cancelled due to Dhulivandan.

Travels cancelled by Mahendra Travels from RedBus and as per policy within 7 days; Face should be refunded but still now I didn't got my money back.
