Shiva auto Sahibabad an authorized dealer of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd and they have policy to loot you. With my 02 Free Servicing they charged me approx 9000 rupees and when enquire they mentioned read the owner manual book. Even Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is not in condition to respond..
