I, Dr. Tilak Purkayastha M.D., Ex. Chief of Medical Services, Coal India., purchased a Mahindra KUV 5-seater diesel K-8 model car on 31st March 2016 with Engine Number NAGZC12087, Chassis number MA1VB2NACG6C86162. My Car Number is WB38AH4183, Registration valid until March 31st 2031, road tax paid up to 30th March 2026.
My car developed some problem on 11th November, 2021 and I brought the car to the Rudra Automobile Mahindra Service Centre, Asansol on 12th November, 2021. At that time, car lift of your service center at Asansol was not functioning. After repair of the lift, the service technicians diagnosed that fly wheel of the car is to be changed and they informed me about indent of the same part was done on 2nd December 2021. As per their version, the car will get ready in a week or maximum within 10 days. But now more than 1 month has passed and my car is lying idle at Mahindra showroom Asansol and not repaired till date.
As I am a doctor and first person who purchased Mahindra KUV top most model in Asansol at that time, is extremely hurt by the callous attitude from your end. I came to know that the parts are not yet dispatched by the authority till date to the Asansol service center. I am extremely disappointed by your behavior and requesting you to make my car fit within 7 days else I will highlight in the social media and do an RTI.
I hope you will not provoke me to take such harsh attitude. I am already waiting for 36 days for my car repaired with tremendous inconvenience. Was this information helpful? |
