Mahindra And Mahindra — Alloy wheel damaged under warranty but company not replace

I have a mahindra xuv 300 car with registration no UP20BR6626. My car has covered under shield warranty and also insurance zero depth. i found pressure leakage on my car driver side front tyre so we check the tyre we found alloy wheel had cracked, i sent my car to terupati vehicles pvt ltd Bijnor showroom. Mahihndra service department says it is not a manufacturing defact so they can’t replace the alloy wheel under shield warranty & insurance department says this is not an accidental case so they can’t replace.i had sent mail to [protected]@mahindra.com on 21-03-23 but no reply also i had sent many reminder but no response from mahindra
