I would like to bring to your attention.

Name :- Ramnath Padhi
Car Model Purchased :- Alturas G4 Black
Problem Statement :- Need accessories like Chrome kit (AR00028-35, 47), Carpet Mat (AR00019) and SunShade (AR00037) need to be made available and get it installed on the car and post that need to deliver the car asap
I am hearing not available since last 2 weeks no commitment when it will be made available
2) i need delivery date of the care

Since last 2 weeks no progress was made just hearing that the above accessories are not available, ordered not sure when it will be delivered.

Kindly help in this matter to resolve this at earliest and need commitment.
Without this i wont take the car
