Mahindra And Mahindra — Antifreeze in the oil

I have a 2021, 2655 still under warranty with 60 hrs on it. It died while I was using it so I checked the antifreeze and couldn’t see any, upon further inspection I found it was in the crank case. I took it to a Mahindra dealership and they were unable to find how it got there after several test. They said it was not covered under warranty because it got hot; it got hot because the antifreeze leaked out into the oil but they can’t find why it happened. Can you help me? I’m very proud to own a Mahindra tractor but I’m disappointed that I was told what ever is causing the problem is not covered under warranty. Thank you dissatisfied customer right now.
